University of Miami School of Business

For 10 years, spearheaded media relations for the University of Miami’s School of Business, working closely with deans, faculty and students to build visibility of School, its programs, research, events, alumni and unique tie to Latin American business. 

Highlights:    

  • In year one, media coverage tripled compared to each of the three prior years. By 2011 was up by 500%.

  • Faculty research, experts and school news regularly appeared in top tier outlets such as: The Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Bloomberg Businessweek, The New York TimesMarketplace RadioPBS’s “Nightly Business Report,” The Associated Press, Forbes, and The Washington Post.
